1. We are not responsible for the manufacture and defects that may result from the manufacturer.
2. We are not responsible for the misuse of the parts or improper installation of the parts on the equipment.
3. All parts are identified as new, refurbished or manufactured to meet or exceed origional equipment specifications.
4. The customer waives the right to take legal action against PLP or Enneking Medical, Inc. regarding operation, installation, preventative maintenance, lack of training or inappropriate use of parts or the lifts that they are installed on.
